Golf in Honduras

Honduras is home of the Chiquita Banana, and also home to many great golf courses. Golf first came to the country thanks to the wonderful yellow fruit. When American’s were working outside of San Pedro Sula, for the United Fruit Company, now known as Chiquita, they were also working on bringing golf to the forefront. There is now a 9 hole course, par 72, La Lima Golf Course, in the town which is open to visitors. The course was built in 1940, and is still exceptionally maintained. After your round of golf enjoy a buffet lunch and a drink by the pool. There is no bad time to travel; the weather is “tropical” year round.

FORE! Lee Westwood ball ends up in a woman's shirt !!!
Lee Westwood hooked his drive on the 13th hole into a crowd of folks at the Ritz Charlton Golf Course as a part of the Accenture Match Play Championship.
This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.
What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
